I: Google Calendar
Export as .ics file
Open Google Calendar in your browser, then follow this path:

Import & export
→
Export
Download the zip, open it, and find the .ics file inside. Drop that file below.
II: Apple Calendar
Export as .ics file
Open the Calendar app on your Mac, select the calendar you want, then:
File menu
→
Export…
→
Export
This saves a .ics file you can drop below. On iPhone, use the share sheet on any event → Export.
